(thousands of demons above and below moving in the same direction, following behind Shinrok)
Michael: Whoa... Were there really this many...?
Arkive: Yes... We got very lucky... A full scale attack like that…we would never win; not even with our most elite warriors... If it wasn't for you guys…we would have been truly fucked.
Michael: So…what is the full story of what’s going on here?
Arkive: It's a long and complicated story... (voice fades out)
(fades to Shinrok)
Shinrok: What the hell was that supposed to mean? "This Varcus… I know what he’s after...and I can get it for you…without your sacrifice…” Could he really be hiding something from me…?
(see Varcus watching Shinrok)
(Varcus clenching his teeth)
Servant 1: My lord... Is that it...?
Varcus: It wasn't supposed to work this way...
(looks at Michael)
Varcus: It's him… He’s doing this... I need to get rid of him...
Varcus: This Avon’s...proving to be much stronger than the ones before him...
WAR Chapter 13: "good bye"
(see Michael sitting in a brick building, staring at his locket)
(Michael’s voice)
Two weeks... It's been more than two weeks now...since the very first day I saw this damn sword; a week since I met the demon who calls himself Varcus...and I still can't even begin to make sense of all of this… I mean, so much has happened. For example... If David’s an angel...then...what exactly am I? ...And…why did I need information so badly? ...I still have no clue what I was thinking… I mean…I put David’s life in jeopardy…and even... I guess there are a lot of things I don't understand, but I'm sure of one thing… This Varcus...needs to be killed... Even if it means my end... He will pay for what he did to you. (makes a fist around the locket)
(Rex and Arkive sitting in a heavy duty brick building across the table from each other)
Rex: Well... What do we do...?
Arkive: It's obvious this won't be as easy as all the other times...
Rex: I don't mean that... I'm talking about...
Arkive: I don't know...
(Anna barges in slamming the door hard against the wall)
Anna: Rex, Arkive; don't you two even think about keeping them here.
Arkive: But Anna... We need him for this war...
Anna: I don't care!!!
Anna: I can't let you two throw kids into a war!
Arkive: Now Anna, you make us sound like bad guys...
Anna: If you two make these innocent kids join a war like this so early…then yes, you two are bad guys!
Arkive: Anna... Look at the big picture… The fate of the universe relies on them…
Anna: It can wait!!
(Anna takes off her blood band from her upper arm and slams it on the table)
Anna: The Bloods stand for the protection of the weak. That’s why they were created. That’s why I joined. You force those kids into this war...and I'll leave The Bloods.
Arkive: Anna, even if we did send them back… It would do them no good… Have you forgotten that there was one more of them?
(Anna's eyes widened, and then she looked down)
Arkive: It simply wouldn't work…
Anna: Find a way.
(Anna turns around and walks out the door, slamming it shut and leaving her band behind)
Rex: You know… She’s gotten a lot stronger, hasn't she...?
Arkive: Yes, she has...but she’s not strong enough to go off on her own… She’s been protected by you and The Bloods since she was a little girl... That’s the very reason I've never given her a mission...
Rex: Well... What do we do then…?
(silence fills the room)
(Rex finally breaks it)
Rex: She does have a point... I suppose keeping them here would go against all that The Bloods stand for...
Arkive: I guess you’re right...but then again... The Bloods’ primary goal is the defeat of Varcus.
Rex: But we’re not to break The Bloods’ code...
Arkive: So... Which one...?
Arkive: I think from here it's obvious... We send them home... If we need them, we know where to find them...
Rex: I guess...
Arkive: Oh come on, Rex… You were gonna come to that conclusion on your own... I know you too well; you wouldn't take the chance of having Anna leave The Bloods.
(Rex scratches the back of his head)
Rex: Yeah… I guess you do know me too well…
Arkive: Well, Rex... Start the preparations... It would be best to do this before Varcus tries to hit us with another wave…
(fades off to a dark room where you see Varcus and Shinrok) (Zenkar stands in the background)
Varcus: Shinrok, what were the orders that I gave to you?
Shinrok: ...
Varcus: Shinrok; answer me. Now!
Shinrok: Fight with full power and show no mercy. Burn their bodies and devour their souls.
Varcus: Good... Now…explain this to me: WHY THEY ARE STILL LIVING AND WHY YOU RETREATED!!
Shinrok: Because we would have lost.
Varcus: Shinrok, when I told you to show no mercy, that meant you weren't allowed to retreat!!
Shinrok: Ok, if you were so serious about that…then why didn't you come with us?
Varcus: Because I thought you guys could handle it, but apparently not even my own son is able to obey orders.
Varcus: What do you have to say for all of this, Shinrok?
Shinrok: ...
Varcus: ANSWER!!!
Shinrok: ...Ok... I regret nothing.
(Varcus grabs Shinrok by the neck and slams him into a wall so hard that it indents and cracks)
Varcus: Shinrok, are you defying me?!!
Shinrok: What if I am?!!!
(Varcus pushes Shinrok hard against the wall)
Varcus: Then I'll...
Shinrok: Then you'll what? Kill me? I doubt it…because you need me, right?
(Varcus loosens his grip a little)
Varcus: Wha-what?
(Shinrok grins)
Shinrok: Yeah, I know about it. That you’re using me. What’s the plan? I trusted you. I accepted you as my father, and you just use me?!!
(Shinrok grabs Varcus's hands)
(Varcus throws Shinrok behind him through a wall)
Varcus: Don't you ever defy me again!!
(Shinrok stumbles to his feet)
Shinrok: I'm making no promises.
(Shinrok turns around and walks away)
Varcus: Zenkar… What the fuck did the Avon do to Shinrok?!!
Zenkar: My lord...I don't think it could have been the Avon... As far as I know…the Avon knows nothing of our plans.
(Shinrok looks back at the castle)
Shinrok: Oh, yeah. And by the way, you can keep this.
(Shinrok rips off his mask and throws it at Varcus)
Shinrok: I won't be needing it anymore…nor do I think I meet your requirements to wear that mask anymore.
(tons of thousands of demons shuffle out of Shinrok’s way making a path, all staring at him as he walks)
Varcus: Mark Shinrok as an X-Dragon... He’s now an enemy and is hereby banished from the Death Dragons.
Shala: Then I guess you'll have to banish me as well because if shinny's going, then I'm going.
(Shala jumps down by Shinrok)
Shinrok: Did he already send someone to assassinate me?
Shala: No... I'm going with you.
Shinrok: You do know that by following me, you'll become an X-Dragon too, right?
Shala: I don't care. I go where ever you go, even if I have to become an X-Dragon.
Shinrok: Whatever, suit yourself. Just don't fall behind because I'm not waiting for you.
Shala: Of course, it's no different than usual.
Varcus: Urgh… Make them both X-Dragons.
Zenkar: Yes, Lord Varcus.
Varcus: He thinks I need him. He only made things easier... I can still do it without him…
Zenkar: He's actually serious about this… He took off the mask... That mask symbolizes loyalty to the Death Dragons...

(Shinrok looks back again)
Shinrok: No...You didn't banish us. We left.
(switches back to The Bloods HQ)
Arkive: Ok... It's ready. You take it from here. I’ve got business to take care of.
Rex: Yes, sir.
Rex: Jack.
(see a scrawny man, who’s most likely never been on a single mission)
Rex: Gather the three and have them get ready to go.
Jack: Yes, sir.
(Jack takes off running)
Rex: So… Arkive... Do you think this will work...?
Arkive: It's the only way we can send them back… I'm pretty sure it'll work, though...
Rex: I hope so...
Jack: Sir, I found the three you have requested.
(David, Michael, and Anna stand there)
Rex: Ok then, dismissed.
Arkive: Open the portal!!
(a bunch of demons get into a circle and start chanting; a big, purple, black ball begins to build, creating strong winds blowing away from it)
(Rex looks at Michael)
Rex: You guys sure about this?
Michael: There’s nothing I'm more sure of. This is what I've been trying to do ever since my first encounter with Varcus. Just find a way home…
Rex: I see... Well then, I guess this is our goodbye. At least for now.
Arkive: The portal’s almost ready.
(winds get stronger)
Rex: Anna.
Anna: Yes?
Rex: Go with them.
Anna: Wait, what?
Rex: If they’re gonna go back…they need a replacement… Otherwise, they'll probably be called murderers.
Anna: But…
Rex: Come on, you’re always complaining about never being able to go on missions, so here it is, Anna, I now assign you your first mission: Go to the human world and replace the life of the girl known as Olivia.
Anna: ...
Rex: Don't worry. Missions don't get much easier than this.
Anna: ...Ok. Yes, sir.
(Rex smiles)
(The Bloods theme starts playing)
Rex: Avon, take care of her, with your life if needed.
(Michael nods)
Michael: Don't worry. I won't let anyone else die… No matter what.
Rex: And Anna.
(Rex throws Anna's band back at her)
Rex: You'll probably be needing that.
Rex: Avon, one more thing. I want you to know one thing, something all of us bloods have been told, the code of The Bloods: don't give up, for if you do, then hope will no longer exist. Remember, you’re a Blood, a warrior. You’re no longer the innocent boy you once were.
(the portal opens completely and winds pick up even more)
Michael: I got it.
Rex: So, goodbye. There will be a day when we will see each other again. But until that day, I will say good bye.
(Rex salutes to Michael and then all The Bloods bow all around him) (Michael looks around the place with his eyes wide open)
(Michael finally grins and turns around, walks through the portal and a white flash fills the screen; The Bloods’ theme continues to play as the closer, flashing past events from chapters 1-13)
